    Well they did an exclusion and 6 months later we had an issue but they didnt come back and the phone is deactivated.

    Sorry for this inconvenience. I do apologize, due to a motorcycle accident I am partially paralyzed and cannot operate further business. I wish I had some trusted help for this matter but unfortunately it was only me. If I had the money I would refund it to you but unfortunately along with my accident I lost all my funds to insurance and medical bills. If by some miracle way I am able to get back to business in the future I will have no problem helping you in any way I can. Please accept my apologies.
