    I purchased a human hair wig with specific dimensions and style for $400 USD and what I got was something totally different. The company owner **************************************** with Entity Id ******** promised after multiple phone calls to reimburse the money if the customer made product wasnt up to the expectations but she failed to do so. The place is a total SCAM

    My name, *****************************, I'm the owner of pelucas by Nana E. ***************** ordered a human hair wig. When we talked over the phone she ask for a discount because she has limited income since she is retired. I offer her free shipping and a free accessory that is need it to wear the wig more comfortable. I also took the time to help her with her measurements because she didn't know how to do it. I've attached a copy of my return policy(is in spanish as 100% of my customers are hispanics) where it clearly says that if my customer requests me to cut the lace (part of the wig that needs to be cut before you wear the wig in public) there is not returned nor exchange. When she told me she wanted the lace cut I called her on a video call to model the wig for her before cutting the lace. I even asked her to put her son on the call for his opinion. I took her calls and explain everything to her. She got really upset and started leaving really mean messages on my social media.

    I am rejecting this response because I never requested a discount and I paid full price for it. As you can see in the attached conversation, I asked for a custom made wig with specific measurements and what I received was something totally different. I called and let her know that the wig was not right but she totally disregard the complaint and offer nothing to remediate the issue. I want a full refund because the product wasnt what I asked for.

    As a vendor I really believe I did everything buy the book.
    The cost of the wig was ****** plus shipping (*****) and the costo of the accessory to wear it with the wig ***** (please see attached photos of payments received for ****, ****** and ****** dollars 

    also a video showing her the wig and explaining my policies 
    I can send you the conversations where I had sent her all the information as well as my policies.
    It's not about the money anymore. I feel that she's trying to take advantage of the system and a small business and it's not fair. I'm transparent on the way a conduct my business. As you can determine by the attachments I'm
    sending. I offered her the option of putting the wig on my social media and if anyone was interested I would contact her to send the wig back but she wasn't interested. (Not an option

    I am rejecting this response because: I paid full price for a custom made wig with specific dimensions and thats not what was delivered to my property. We called the business and explained to her that the product didnt meet the requirements. Why a business will ask for specific dimensions to delivered something completely different. The product is on the same box with everything that she sent. This is more than just the money; we feel that shes taking advantage of the situation and we ask for a full refund. By the way, I have all the chats that proves that shes lying about this issue
