      Zero stars! Do not recommend. Some of the photographers for my daughter seemed to be in training. Photo shoot took tooo long - 3 hours with some wait time in between each scene. The cherry on top is the OUTRAGEOUS pricing. Complete and total rip off. They charge ~$1100 for the digitals (including cap and gown). No prints no nothing. They also spam you like crazy with a bunch of emails and text messages. Very dissatisfied and disappointed.

      Misleading, Unprofessional, and Zero Accountability Dont Waste Your Time or Money At first, I truly thought everything was going well. I was led to believe from the beginning that this would be a personalized experiencethat I would have access to all of my daughters photos and be able to choose the images we wanted before anything was edited. That turned out to be completely false.Not only did they cancel the original school photo session twicedespite my daughter paying a $40 session feebut I had to be the one to reschedule and move her session to the studio because of their failure to follow through. That fee should be refunded immediately.Then came the biggest disappointment: the photo they selected for us was one of my daughter with her back turned. She took multiple poses, yet we were only given 10 edited images, and we were not allowed to view or choose from any of the other pictures taken during her session. When I asked about it, I was told they choose the pictures they want to use, and customers are not allowed to see or select any others. That directly contradicts what I was told when I paidthat the choice would be ******* add insult to injury, my support ticket was closed without any resolution. No explanation. No accountability. Just silence.This was supposed to be a cherished moment for my daughter and me, and instead, its been a frustrating and disappointing experience from start to finish. I will be informing every school I work withand have worked withabout how this company misrepresents itself and treats paying ************ not trust the promises. Do not waste your money. Go elsewhere if you want to be respected as a customer.

      ******************. For senior photos, do yourself a favor and forgo the extra scenes beyond yearbook pics and cap and gown. The sell you a package that gets you all your digital images, but only send you 5 from each scene. No chance to preview more than that. They left out several images in my download and are refusing to let me preview the others that are missing before they allow me to "swap." Go to a private photographer for more scenes because their customer service is like talking to a brick wall. Once your in studio session is done, you are handed off as a number in a call center.

      I am in the process of trying to get a refund from this darned company for my son's senior pictures and this is a RIP OFF! They have it locked in to do yearbook photos and made it seem like we HAD to go to their studio for a picture and then LATER in the summer, they released school dates. THEN, they will not refund me. They say it is a SITTING fee for cap and gown for $59.99. Honestly, the school districts signing up with them must be getting huge kick back or something as this is pure robbery.

      Absolutely terrible. Over priced. Sent us our sons picture album for Senior Pictures and one of pics was CUT IN HALF AND THEY STILL MOUNTED IT AND SENT IT TO US THAT WAY AND REFUSE TO FIX IT.

      No stars for this company, definitely such a scam. How can a business run without having a manager on shift to answer client calls/complaints. I am a returning customer (2nd time) using ********************** for my sons graduation pictures. The second time around you can definitely tell that their customer service has decreased to a careless and nonchalant attitude, and to make it worse I have paid $1000+ from my first time around. I have tried to contact a manager to express my dissatisfaction this 2nd time around, and I have called to sit on hold for 30+ minutes with no solution. Such a shame.

      ABSOLUTE SCAM! As a business owner myself, the way they run this business is shameful. Never, ever, ever using again and have been telling everyone about the shady practices so they don't make the same mistake. Cady is not getting another dime and I will not be paying $2,000 for her photos after already spending hundreds for a sitting fee. We have already had her photos retaken with a professional photographer, much better quality, and all photos were provided. Shame on you.

      I ordered my daughter's Senior Photo Album. I was very excited about the book(not so much of the price $657.00). Any who after a long wait and still nothing in the mail I track the order on 3/4/25 and it says it was delivered on 2/8/25(A LIE). But the delivery box wasn't marked on *** tracking. So I reached out to Cady spoke with *******(he was very nice). However upon checking the tracking information he told me they would send out another book. I asked if I could speak w/ a manager because it had already been a long wait on the book to begin with and here it is I have to wait again for another book to be sent out. ******* told me all the managers were too busy to get on the phone to speak with me and he couldn't say when the book was going to be sent out. I asked if I could wait to speak with a supervisor he said I couldn't but he would pass my information on to **(manager) and she would give me a call within 24hrs. I expressed to him how important it was that I speak with a manager(I'm in the process of planning my daughter's graduation party and the book is the hold up) at this point I feel I deserve some of my money back Since I've waited on this book and now I have to play the waiting game again with no one knowing when it will be sent out. This book wasn't a little bit of money, it was over $600 freaking dollars. Well I never got a call from Ty(unprofessional) so I called back on 3/6/25 at 13:20 and spoke with ******* yet again. He assured me that I would get a call back within the hour. Well here it is 15:26 and ** still hasn't called. I feel as though this company doesn't value their customers. I feel like this company is unprofessional, unorganized, not sympathetic towards their customers(especially with all the money us customers spend). This is not only an inconvenience to me, and my family, but also hurtful to know that this company can care less about how you feel, whether or not you get you merchandise, or anything else once they get your money.

      Session was great, photographer, pictures turned out so good! ******** was after buying the elite package $400 then having to pay an additional $25 to look at the pictures they have no packages that are affordable. Pricing is astronomical what they are asking. They won't work with you on a package that works for your budget, they offer klarna for payments but it doesn't accept **************************. They just say yeah thats what we hear im sorry. I won't recommend or use them again. Besides having a great experience till it comes down to purchase thats terrible. Now looking at the pricing now that seniors have already got in for pictures the packages for the session are now twice as less. Paid $400 for elite package now its $299. If they can do that now they could have then. Its stealing and ripping people off. Very disappointed ??
