    Hey there my name is ***** I am the step brother of ******* ***** just wanted to find out what you are doing because there is quite a few things that make no sense. My brother has been there two weeks he has called multiple times upset crying thinking his right have been violated he believes you are mistreating him based on the fact that he is outwardly gay he did tell us that he was moved yesterday to a nicer complex with other homosexuals which is good and we greatly appreciate that but that's not gone fix the other things that we are losing a family we are paying his insurance premiums and were going to stop and call Ambetter and talk to them about being forced to stay retrieve his Wallet Phone and personal medications its kind of the fact you told him to come back three days later my brother has severe schizoaffective guess his how you say it stuff a lot of his meds treat that stuff and without them he will be ***** and we cant afford to be going to get him we do want him to receive treatment but there's no point in him being picked on and treated different yes my brother looks different but he still is a child of the lord god and for anyone to treat him as anything other is wrong very wrong i don't care what a persons past is you never mistreat them talking about them when they walk off isn't Christian you put a bad label on Christianity that's exactly why i cant be Christian you guys are an organization that just whatever and it aint right we as a family have came to gather and have talked with him on conference and me and my family believe he needs to be discharged with everything coming back three days later isn't feasible not for someone as messed up emotionally as he is and then on top of that the ******* yall are doing yes your treating his addition but at the same time your trading one addition for another we kind of wish he would just get off it but

    This company has not replied to me reaching out to them making sure the ** paid out of pocket be applied to my bill, after making them aware of the balance due to me from overpaying I recieved another bill with a different balance listed still not showing the 3k paid out of pocket.This company good landing has a reputation for being very shady, taking advantage of their clients all while ignoring correspondence attempts. Between myself and my insurance provider I have paid what I agreed to and then some.

    This place is nothing more than a homeless shelter that is using insurance money to line the directors pockets. This place is a breeding ground for getting people high & then using insurance money to clean everything up. No recovery takes place here, No A.A Programs are used ******** have seen more people fail than not. This place also likes to overcharge insurance & doesn't provide an healing for recovery..They have several people who are currently there who get high everyday & they don't do anything about it. I'm shocked that you cant work while you're here & that God is apparently the only way to get sober. I would really hope that something can be down about this as this program shouldn't be allowed to keep dragging people into the mud & then kicking them out when they can't get any insurance money out of them. Please Shut The Place Down.
