  It has been nearly a year since ten windows were installed by Vision 7, and I am enjoying my windows.First, the windows have a warranty, a bedroom window developed a small crack. A replacement was here within six to eight weeks after measuring. In the early hours on December 24, in severely cold weather, my furnace stopped working. The **** repairman could not come until the following Monday. The repairman said my house was the warmest house he had been in that day. The house was empty for two days, with only the water faucets running. The thermostat read 58 degrees. The previous windows would have allowed air to escape.***** and ********* arrived at the scheduled time and immediately started working. I was alerted by them when they took a break and finished. The installation resumed until the job was completed. The windows have foam sealed to the interior, and the exterior trim was sealed and capped. Completion meant picking up the trash from the yard, wiping down windows, and removing the inside debris. Finally, the instructions on how to care for the windows and do's and don'ts after installation. I was given an important reminder, I was not visible during the day, and the opposite happens at night when the lights are on. I selected this company because they installed my neighbor's windows. I saw them dismantle the windows and install new ones. I thought their craftsmanship and work ethics were commendable. I contacted them without talking to my neighbor.I used ********** and Lowes window prices as a reference. The cost was within my budget.I received many favorable comments about my windows. Neighbors and friends were given contact information for Vision 7 because of their craftsmanship. On a side note, when I called ***** about the crack in the window, he was in **********. I woke him up, and he was concerned and promised to call when he returned to the states, which he did. Vision 7 is an excellent company to do business with because of its staff and the product.
