Roof tear off and replacement on 7/5/2022. Paid over $20,000 then, as a result of the poor quality of their work, I had to pay for additional repairs which should not have been necessary had they done the job correctly. For instance, I had a gutter leaking between the gutter and the drip edge. I was told they used larger drip edge than the original which is a lie because it's either the same size or smaller or it would have covered the flashing of the gutter. Then ****** came by to s**** my flashing to try and hold the gutter back. It didn't work and I got the gutter replaced for $243, receipt in supporting documents and I even offered to split the cost with them. They broke my push broom and was told several times they would replace the handle and no one ever did. I got home 4 months after the job was completed as I was working out of state. I found an unused nail laying sideways under the shingles and poked through. I got whiteish shingles and during install they knocked color off several of the shingles and left it as is so there are black spots and lines. After causing the leaks, they caulked one and replaced a vent (this time, correctly) so the leaks stopped, but the damage of their previous shoddy worked remained, and they refused to repair those damages (specifically fixing ceiling knockdown), so I had to repair it myself. They claim it was driving rain, but in fact it leaked even during light rain until the second repair.During a Division of consumer services mediation, ***** stated one lie after another, see supporting docs. This is an ongoing problem with this J&M as I've tried to resolve it. In return I get a harassing call from ***** ###-###-0509 on 5/10/2023 at 11:31 am CST. ***** was irate, yelling at me and threatening to *** me for leaving an honest review. I have video proof of the leaks during light rain, and the damage. They never honored ***** offer to pay for the repairs, which is why I got an estimate for the repair in the first place.
