"he entire property has fallen into extreme disrepair since the new management company took over, with services like the water to the complex and the power for all on property outdoor fixtures being shut of with no communication at complete random, the gate left propped open 24 hours a day, the dumpster boarded up and another dropped in the road to the back half of the apartments, it's impossible to get in contact with anyone and when you can they are dismissive and unhelpful"
