    Ivy League moved us 07-24-2023.we had a 2 week gap from when we moved out of our old house into our current housethis required storing our belongings at their warehouse until we could move into our current house. Due to this, we purchased insurance with them for both moves to cover any damages. We had many items that were damagedseveral pieces were not usable and were not functioningtotal lossmany more scratched and damaged. Multiple items were stuffed into boxes designed for one item ietv, art and picture framed items. We contacted *** League within 48 hrs and made them aware of damagesat this time we were asked to document each individual item and take pictures. After a week we continued to find more damaged pieces we contacted *** League again and was told to document everything and send all together at one time.after 60 days we were told it takes time for insurance to settle. 45 days laterstill no contactwe contacted *** League back and they told is they needed to come and see each item? We were told originally to document by take pictures.now they want to see everything. This was very upsetting so we requested for Ivy Leagues upper management to get involvednothing happened. I started calling and texting so they told me they had filed a claim (01-12-2024) no response until on (02-02-24) I contacted *** League asking what was going on and no answerthey avoided my request via calls and text messages. I started calling and texting every other day requesting the contact us. Today is 02-15-24.still no resolution. Please help us. Thank you

    I used Ivy Movers for a interstate move. To their credit they were reasonably on time. However, the professionalism of the crew was less than desirable. The move had a few minor things broken, nothing too bad. When they finished unloading I went to my dresser to get money to tip them only to find out they had stolen $2,000 from my wallet valet on my dresser. I notified ***** the lead, he told me he did not believe it. I told him to let his team know I was not tipping the team because of the stolen money. He did not address his team. The following Monday, I called *********************** the owner only to find out that ***** had not advised him that one or some of the team had stolen $2,000. ***** said he would get back with me before Thursday as he was going out of town. That was 3 weeks ago and he has not called or emailed me at all. I have since read multiple reviews some stating they had items stolen from them as well. I only wish I had been more thorough in my research of this company. I hope you learn from my mistake and read the reviews of others so you do not have items or money stolen from you by this band of thieves. The owner *********************** is apathetic and unresponsive. I STRONGLY URGE YOU TO STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY SO YOU DO NOT BECOME ANOTHER VICTIM.
