    "Did a insulation job for this guy, gave him an estimate for $1,10 which he agreed to pay me, he paid me $950 the first day and said he would pay me the rest the next day, its been almost a month and he still hasnt paid me the remainder of the money, he blocked me on REMOVEDand wont accept my calls, this guy is very unprofessional and will not finish the jobs he starts."
