    Outright thieves, I have no affiliation with these people or their company, took money out of my bank account and then told me it was my problem. Called through 3 supervisors and got the same answer, a pathetic "sorry we can't give out any information" I DON'T WANT INFORMATION, I WANT YOU TO RETURN THE STOLEN MONEY!!!!

    I had a bill with snapping shoals over 12 years ago unfortunately, at the time due to four times I was unable to pay it. It went on my credit report for seven years it was sold to a creditor. It was eventually written off after seven years which most things are, my wife called to get service turned on and her name at her property and they told her that she had to pay my remaining balance. I did not know my wife 12 years ago much less even knew she existed after an hour of arguing with them on the phone they still said that she would owe the money unless we provided divorce papers and a lease that had just her name on it. I do not understand how this is ethical and how this company is trying to claim a debt that was written off of my credit seems to be a big company just taking advantage of the little guy again.
