    My vehicle was damaged in an accident in April 2021 it has been in ***** body shop for 10 months. Very little has been done to repair my vehicle. The Body Shop said they couldn't get parts, with permission salvage parts have been ordered and are on the premises, but not installed. On Tuesday 02/01/2022 I was told my car would be ready today 02/04/2022.I stopped by ***** body shop yesterday Thursday 02/03/2022, The vehicle was just as it had been on Tuesday. The repairs on my vehicle are being covered by *************************************** Adjuster D*** ******. Progressive insurance has spent $22,000.00 on this claim including 10 months for rental vehicles. ***** body shop has been issued to checks totaling $12,312.70 The 1st check issued ** ***** body shop "and" myself ************************ which indicates that I should have signed said check, which I did not. *********************** the Insurance adjuster with progressive, has contacted ***** numerous times and giving completion dates that passed with no Completion of services by body shop. While progressive representative ************************* has apologized and assured me that this is not the way that progressive does business but, in that I chose the body shop and they have already been paid, There is basically nothing that can be done; this is absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable.

    Over the summer of 2022 my wife took her 2018 ****** Pathfinder in to have her passenger rear and rear hatch repaired and painted. Upon dropping it off we were told that the work would be done.Upon picking up the vehicle at first we didn't notice that the paint that the shop applied was charcoal gray as opposed to being black like the rest of the car. Once returning to the shop in late summer *** acknowledged that the color was off and that he being a man of his word would fix it. It was a Wednesday and he asked me to bring it in first thing the following Monday. This was around August I believe. In returning on that Monday *** informed me that he was swamped and couldn't get to it and asked me for two weeks. Two weeks later it was repeated under the same circumstance and bring it back in another week. Well another week passed..then a month. I returned another time and *** wasn't available because he's installing windshields on a military base. A few more weeks passed and *** can't paint because he broke his foot. 6 weeks later the boot is off but he can't get to my car because the owner was out for personal reasons. Once **** the owner returned from his personal situation I spoke with him directly. He informed me that he had spoken with *** and that they would get to my car if I dropped it off the week after Thanksgiving and, "make things right by me."It is now January 5th and my car has been sitting on their lot in the same exact place untouched. Of course they have received full payment from the insurance company and have ZERO motivation to do what they were paid to do. It's almost like they have no intention to honor what they promised to do months ago.Very unethical!
