    I engaged ***************** and Storm-Pro Roofing and Restoration to roof my house at ***************** ******* after Hurricane *****. After accepting **************** bid on my roof... he informed me that he would call me before starting the job. He not only didn't contact me before beginning work,but he also threw away valuable tarps and treated wood I had protecting the house from further water damage... ************ also attempted to cut through a screen on my ******* room and plug in his employees power tools before I was able to get to my house.He re-roofed my house and ******* room on the same day as started. My following visit to my house I noticed several leaks in my ******* room and immediately informed ************ of the problem.************ has indicated to me numerous times that he would be down to repair the leaks and on numerous occasions never showed. This demands that I drive 275 miles from my Birmingham home to meet with him and let him in to do the repairs. The two times he has showed up he did minimal repairs, that did not only "not" repair the problem, but made it worse. This week was my last attempt to be here for him to repair my roof and promising me it would get done. Tuesday September 20th was my last attempt to meet him here to have the repairs done... He once again, did not show and assured me after numerous attempts to get in touch with him that he would send 2 of his workers down Saturday Sept. 24th... So I changed my plans once again and stayed till Saturday the 24th when once again, ************ wouldn't answer my "numerous" phone calls and texts... The one response I did get from him was "he didn't know what was going on" and would call me in a few minutes. This goes without saying I never heard back. I have made "numerous" attempts to give ************ the opportunities to repair what seems to be a simple repair job.

    1. **Efforts to Address the Leak**: I visited your property on multiple occasions in an attempt to repair the roof. In fact, we applied a high-quality sealant in an effort to stop the leak. During the application, you personally inspected the work and mentioned that the sealant should fix the issue. Unfortunately, despite these efforts, the leak persisted, which I acknowledge is frustrating for both parties.



    2. **Communication and Scheduling**: I understand your frustration regarding the scheduling of repairs. I made several attempts to address the issue and was under the impression that the repairs would resolve the problem. I apologize if there were any miscommunications or delays, as my goal has always been to ensure the job is completed to your satisfaction.



    3. **Next Steps**: I would like to work with you to find a solution that ensures your roof is repaired properly. I am open to scheduling another visit to assess the situation and explore alternative solutions. Please let me know what date would be convenient for you so that we can proceed with resolving this issue.
