    Ive been with them for 7 years. I stayed with Inspect-All for all of my extermination needs: their annual termite service, my quarterly insect prevention, the exclusion on my house for rodents, and monthly bait traps for rodents. I spent over $7k with them total. I have been a very loyal customer and I have counted on their expertise. When rats caused extensive damage to my vehicle earlier this year, I frantically called them. And called again. And called again. No one returned my calls. I called again a fourth time. The admin on the phone swore a manager or a rodent specialist would call me back immediately. There was no call. I called again and requested a service appointment. Still no call. So I canceled all of my services with them. I spent $2k at the car shop repairing my vehicle. When the new company came out, they reported that they werent sure of what Inspect-All had been doing that whole time: not only were the bait boxes empty, but it appeared they hadnt been serviced in months. Then, about a month later, I got a bill from Inspect All. Not only had they not responded to my calls or emails, they supposedly sent someone out to do a pest inspection. They were charging me $81. I spoke with billing. I spoke with billing again. I asked to speak with management. No one ever responded. I decided to let it go and move on. Yesterday, I got a bill from a collections agency. They sent the illegally billed service to collections. Im a single mom and a teacher. Maybe the $141 they now say I owe doesnt seem like much and I should just pay. Sadly, I probably will because I have great credit and paying my debts matter to me. Not only do I feel like their company has terrible customer service, but I now feel like theyre stealing money and totally taking advantage of me. I dont have the time or resources to deal with fighting them. It just makes me incredibly discouraged.

    Inspect all came out and serviced our home in Sept 2022. The service that was rendered was not professionally done and we made several attempts to get a technician or wildlife specialist to come out. We were giving false dates multiply times on when a technician would come out and service us. We asked to speak with management in reference to the issues we were experiencing, and the supervisor **** declined to speak with us. Inspect all was supposed to have come back out to remove the door or the ***** they placed after a few weeks, and no one has come out. I've called multiple times and have been speaking with ****/***** from Inspect all and she stated the supervisor **** never responded back to her in reference to us getting serviced rendered that we paid for. This is very unacceptable and unprofessional. Today is 2/28 and the door that should've been removed back in Oct 2022 is still on and we haven't been serviced.

    I paid to have a contractual agreement with this company. They fail to adhere to their agreement. I have a tried to get Inspect All to address this matter. They were extremely rude. I did not look at the reviews online but the comments are exactly like what I experienced. They should not be in business and I also think they have an issue with serving all races.

    I contracted the services of this company to get of squirrels AND birds in my attic. The bird issue came first then the squirrels. At the initial inspection It was explained what would be done to remove BOTH and make structure repairs for entry points. They completely misrepresented their services. It is my complaint that I was taken advantage of for the following reasons. They took advantage of the elderly, disabled and race. They did the initial work and said it was complete. Not only was the exterior work NOT complete; they removed lighting and didnt replace it. Additionally, they also broke the door to the attic and replaced it with a piece of plain plywood. I made several attempts to reach them via email to advise about the birds still in the attic. Without response. Finally, someone came out on 10/05/2022 to inspect for the birds in my attic. He found the entry point and said someone would contact me to come out and put on a one way door and netting. Almost 2 weeks went by and I hadn't heard from anyone yet. So I contacted them again to see when someone was coming to do the work. I was then told that they couldn't help me with the birds and they could refer me to another company. I then sent another email canceling ALL services. A week later they had the nerve to send me an email stating that my wildlife service would auto renew in november. My experience with this company regarding this wildlife treatment has been subpar at best. And services were not rendered as described. I would NEVER have contracted them for this without the birds. I would have found a company to do both. I now have to pay to replace my attic door and another company to complete the exterior work and get rid of the birds. I am an african american single disabled woman and on social security. I believe I was targeted and sold services they knew they didn't provide. I want my money back AND an apology!
