    I ordered a tree via Order No. ***** and it was never shipped nor received. The company has no working listed number to contact them and they havent responded after multiple email attempts. They've stolen the money and provided no product.

    I did not receive my order ***** placed 03-13-2024 for which I paid $99.98. I made numerous emails and phone calls to the business ( one phone call was answered and said the issue would be resolved soon) regarding this issue. Pixies Garden cashed my payment of $99.98 on 03-14-2024 according to my ******** account. I have been trying to get to the bottom of this issue since May 8, 2024 when I received acknowledgement from Pixies Garden that they received my inquiry and their customer service team is now looking into the issue. Within 2 to 3 business days our team will provide a more substantive response to my inquiry and a suitable solution. On October 28, 2024 I received an email from Pixies Garden regarding Order ***** stating that the order has been canceled and a refund of $99.98 has been made. No such refund was received by me. Pixies Gardens are refusing to pay me back the $99.98 which I paid to them for items that were never delivered to me. All calls and emails to date have been ignored by Pixies Gardens.

    I purchased a Cherokee brave dogwood tree 5/19/24. It never thrived and I contacted them by email 6/29/24, with pictures asking them what to do to save it. They responded 7/18/24, that a replacement would be requested. I never received another tree or any other correspondence. I emailed them 10/2/24, 10/21/24, & 10/29/24, plus, I have left 4 voicemail messages at ************, on 10/21/24 (twice), 10/29/24 & 10/30/24, with zero response. If they cannot fulfill the replacement then I want my money back. I receive a marketing email from them every other day so assume they are still in business. They have terrible customer service. Thanks for your help.

    Purchased on April 10th, *****. Paid ****** Payment included warranty. Item is a magnolia tree. The tree arrived with black spots which have presumably been killing off the foliage. I emailed on April 20th indicating the issue was getting worse and asked what action to take. The company didnt return my inquiry until I left a bad review about one or two weeks later. They said to use neem oil. I have been spending money on the need oil and spraying every 7 days as instructed. After the The tree has lost more than half its leaves, I emailed again and said I need advice and indicated its become costly and time consuming trying to save the plant. Its been about 10 days since I emailed customer service, called the shop and left a message, and used their text line. They will not return my messages. I would like a refund. Im affraid even if they send me a new tree I will have to go through the same process again. I will like my money back so I can buy a tree from a more response and responsible company.

    On May 23, 2024, I purchased Osakazuki Japanese Maple in the 7 ******* size for $699.99 on Pixie's Gardens website, ************************************ and was assigned order #***** with a status of UNFULFILLED. To date, June 20, 2024, I have not received shipment of the tree, a refund, an explantion for the delay or any remedy for the money I have paid. I reached out on their online form to inquire to the shipment of my tree and was told that more time would be needed to coordinate with their customer service department. This is a small business. Three days later, on June 20, 2024, I reached back out using their online form requesting either the tree or a refund. Nobody responded to the inquiry. I tried calling the phone number listed on the website and received a voice mailbox. I called the phone number furnished by my bank and received the mobile phone number voicemail of a woman representing the company. I called the phone number listed with the BBB and a man answered the phone and muted the line when I introduced myself. Every effort has been made by the vendor to avoid further communication. This transaction amounts to interstate fraud and is for no small amount. The business should be prosecuted and the owner held accountable. I would still like a refund of the purchase price of the tree from Pixie's Gardens.

    On April 3, 2024 I ordered 10 red oak trees (2gallon size) from Pixies Gardens. I paid $784.70 for the trees. As the attached documents reflect I have not received my trees or a refund. Additionally, the only response Ive had when requesting an update was they were looking into it. That was on 5/31/2024. They will not return my calls or respond to email requests.

    I ordered a pink blossom ******** weeping cherry tree & noticed the tag said it was white ******** I immediately emailed *********** replied they would replace it in the spring if it was white as according to the tag.I have a collection of emails demonstrating that as soon as it blossomed this spring I sent pictures & requested a replacement the company quit responding to my emails except for the automated generic ones stating they will review issue & contact me in 2-3 days.They are not responding nor are they returning my phone calls.****************,Email sample:Pixies Gardens ****************,The tree you received is correct, the suppliers mislabeled the trees and our apologies for not correcting this error before shipping out the tree to you.     I ordered a tree for Mothers Day on 5/6/2024. It stated that it could not ship, but was ok to pick it up in within 2 days. I have received nothing from them besides they changed my card IMMEDIATELY!*** called SEVERAL times and got the same voice message that goes nowhere.I then looked at their reviews and realized that MULTIPLE people have been scammed by this online nursery. Why are they still allowed to do business?

    I ordered (order# *****) two trees (Kwanzan **************** Redbud) in 3 gallon pots on April 30, 2023, for a total of $209.98. The trees were to ship & arrive within 7-15 days. The trees arrived on May 4. They arrived in a box with no protection or stabilization internally, so the trees arrived damaged. I immediately emailed the company regarding the damage and the fact that the trees were not the size I ordered and included photos. The trees arrived in small 2 gallon pots (I ordered 3 gallon) and were severely damaged. I did not receive a response to my email. I called multiple times but only getting a voice mailbox, on which I left messages. I emailed again receiving only automated response that someone would look into my case. To date, nearly a year later, I have received zero response from this company regarding the fact they they shipped the wrong size and the trees were mortally damaged. I am fed up with trying to get a refund directly from the company as they have not provided a single response and this seems to be the only and last option.

    On March 7 (2024), I purchased several potted fruit trees online from Pixies Gardens for an amount of $644.96. Order# *****. I received an order confirmation email from the vendor on the same day, and my bank statement confirmed that charges for the same amount were approved. The confirmation email states that orders are usually shipped on the first Monday or Tuesday following the order, and that customer usually receives plants within 7-15 days. According to this, the plants should have shipped either on March 11 or 12. However, 14 days after my order was processed, the vendor has not shipped the order and has not even provided any update or communication since the original order confirmation. The vendor has not responded to my multiple attempts to reach them by phone, text, and email. I tried all numbers listed on their website, bank statement, and BBB profile. All calls are forwarded to voicemail or request a text, and I have complied.The vendor agreed to properly ship healthy trees matching the age/maturity and size provided in the description for each of the purchased items and in a timely manner. The delivery timeframe is key to the season in the locale to where they are shipped. Delays in processing or disputes create circumstances which are unfavorable to the survival of said trees. An immediate and full refund (preferably with an admission of wrongdoing) would be the only appropriate resolution. Trying to make up for the unshipped order by requesting time extensions and/or offering extra undesired trees compensation are not acceptable resolutions. The trees have almost missed their planting window, due to the vendor not fulfilling the order. Research into vendor reveals many missing orders as well as other complaints. People state that they have not received their products or finally received the wrong product or dead or severely damaged products . So, I request full refund rather than agree to late delivery or faulty products.
