    We had a baby and they are the OBGYN for that. The baby has a bill with $305, we gave them tricare insurance 3 times, they said they do not have record and want us to pay for the bill. I can not tell anybody how to do their job, if all my baby's hospital bill is being paid but this one, and it's not a huge amount. We did give them the insurance information, they did not take our information seriously and forget to file their own claims, I am not sure how they turned around wanted us to pay for their own mistake.

    The patient never gave us any TRICARE information for her or the baby until a year later. Review of records only show *********** If she had called us we would have had to enter the husbands name and DOB and policy # to file any type of claim.

    We had called three times. They didnt do their job to put that information on their system. Now they acted like we never called, how would they file to my own insurance company 2 times and got declined because each time we called and let them know, instead of listening to us to record the insurance they ignored it and filed the old one. I dont work there, I dont know how they put on record but we called 3 times.

    After a very in depth chart review I have a visit on 12/12/22 that states ************************* and her delivery face sheet a childs birth on 6/11/22 ***** is listed and that is who was sent claim.  No records of ****care anywhere attached is the payment plan and insurance information 

    She was called 10/13/22 advising her of account going into collections

    11/21/23 patient called to say she has Tricare.  Almost a year and half after birth.

    I am rejecting this response because the billing department of the facility take no accountability to verify insurance. We did give them the information they kept denying they never received.

    I personally spoke with this patient and she said all is good.  I offered to write this off and she said no.  I am very confused......
