    Horrible. I had a 9:00 am appointment for an oil change. I've been here for 2 and 1/2 hours and they haven't even pulled my truck in to get started. My time is money. The purpose of making an appointment is because you want to have a general idea of how long your wait may be. This is the absolute worst experience. I will never return and I would recommend that you stay far away as well. ******** ******, JD

    Got my Saturn aura done at this location. I had my shifter part done . Its the part that makes the car go into drive park reverse and etc . I contacted the manger and she said once we do the work thats it in a rude tone . I dont have any family or friends so when I get a part done I expect it to work . I contact gmc corporate and sent my pictures to them and you can see the part is loose but I sent it to them . Fast forward the agent contacted **** miles for me to drop my car off and see the resolutions , but I asked if they provide a rental for me because I have no family or friends and I requested for them to let me know ,manger and agent did not do so therefore I couldnt get a rental because I missed out , I requested it because who knows how long they would need my car , I even told them I would wait in the waiting room and they didnt care . So here I am alone seeing all these reviews about this place and it has not been shut down . The part is still loose and I fell into this depressed state because of it . But because it was of last year I have to submit a new one . It just ***** that companies have the options to look at the work they done and will not for whatever reason wether they think oh were a company worth millions so stuff like this get covered up . Which is true . I hope all of us car owners get justice because this place screws us over and covers it with their money

    Very disappointed in the service at this location. I drove 4.5 hrs from out of state to purchase a car at the price listed on their website and cargurus, to only be advised that price didnt include +$3,000 worth of dealer fees to be added at purchase. This is a bait and switch dealership, they advertise one price then add a thousands of dollars to the price once you get to the dealership. I will not do business with them again, BUYER BEWARE!!

    Purchased this car in April 2022 and in June 2023 I took the car to **** Miles ***** bc the check engine light came on. I was told that there was a transmission problem that there was no communication going from the transmission to the gas pedal and to leave the car with them. They would contact me when they have found a mechanic to work on the car. July 3, 2023 I called and was told by ****** the manager of the service center that my car was assigned to a ************************* but he had left for the holiday and would contact when he returned. July 15, 2023 I called and was told the parts was ordered and I should have my car no later than July 18, 2023. I called that day and was told my car wasn't ready and the mechanic was gone. At this point I went up there and spoke with ****** about putting me in a rental bc I still needed to get back and forth to work. She gave me the run around and eventually placed me in a car. I called on August 15, 2023 ****** stated the parts weren't ordered and there was no updates. Nov 21, 2023 ************************* told me ****** said HOPEFULLY my car would be done on the 30th. On Dec 21, 2023 I got a call stating the rental car needed to come back and that I owed over $2000 bc ***** was no longer paying after Nov. This information wasn't relayed to me and no one from ***** is calling me to keep me up to date on anything. When I went up there in person ****** tell me that my warranty was paying for the rental and she had nothing to do with me being in the rental but she was the one who gave me the paper work for the rental from *****. She tells me that she's been out of the office and don't know what is going on with my car. Its now Dec 28, 2023 and I still don't have my car or an update.

    Purchased a 2022 GMC ****** 12 months ago.from **** Miles. At ***** miles 2 days ago it would not start. Called the service department and I was told that I would need 2 get the vehicle to them for diagnosing. I called ****************************** in Mc Onough Ga because it was closer to the vehicle. They told me since it was under warranty call GMC for the tow . Made the repair which was a recall and offered to pick me up. And they did not sell me the truck! I left a message with the service managers voice mail to voice my concern the his service department did not advice me to contact GMC emergency road side service. 2 days and no call back,

    **** miles ***** in ******* are the worst. they are sorry and lazy. playing around with the manager in the service department that's why things can't be done. the customer service is horrible every time i attend they have new staff that place is horrible, and they have not concerned but only getting paid. they need to close down if you ask me who get some new owners' people that wants to work. i been without a car for a week dealing with their lies.

    ****************** brought her vehicle in with a complaint of the vehicle pulls slow on acceleration. The technician diagnosed the vehicle as needing a transmission control module and wire terminals. Also in the process of diagnosing the vehicle ****************** was informed that she also needed a battery. ****************** was quoted $2927.90, ****************** agreed to the repairs. When the repairs were complete ****************** picked her car up. ****************** brought her vehicle back because she had a transmission leak from a side pan gasket, although we did not take the pan off we still did the repair and did not charge ******************. ****************** picked her vehicle up and came in the next morning with a video showing that the vehicle was still leaking. **** Miles had the vehicle towed and replaced the side pan and gasket still at no charge to ******************. ****************** was upset because we would not give her a rental vehicle and would not let her take the vehicle until we let it sit to verify that it was no longer leaking. In trying to satisfy a customer we covered the tow and replaced parts that were not covered by any warranty. Unfortunately GM does not cover a rental unless a vehicle is under manufacturer warranty.

    5, I should've checked review ratings prior to agreeing to Service here. Our vehicle had to be towed back to John Miles Chevrolet 1 day after $$$ service. Additionally, we noticed an obvious part missing from the Vehicle. After notifying John Miles Chevrolet the next day, several follow up calls, and subsequent visit, still no resolution. Hopefully, we can speak with management and resolve this very disappointing issue soon.Update Week Later: No luck on a resolution. Just disappointing that we spent so much money here and weren't even offered an apology nor acknowledgement. We will have to take a loss on this one for failure to check for all of our car parts prior to leaving the Service Area.

    I also would give them a negative star rating if possible. Took my car for a $2,600 repair of the transfer case. Every time I would call for an update (because they never called me unless I ranted and made them promise) I would be placed on hold, several time for over half an hour when I would hang up and call back only to be told the person I was waiting for had left for the day. Anyway, besides the very poor customer service, I waited three weeks for a new transfer case which is understandable in the current times. When it arrived and they were going to do the repair, I was told my timing chain had slipped and it would be another $3,000 to fix. After consideration and giving them the benefit of the doubt, I agreed and told them to proceed. Again, I had to call for updates, no call from them. I was told that not only did my timing chain slip, but my values were now bent and I needed a whole new engine. at the cost of $13,000. The general manager would not even meet with me. ***** consumer complaints was as much of a joke. Now I'm stuck with a car that is worthless. DON'T GO TO THIS DEALER.
