      I purchased a 2019 **** F-150 from courtesy Ford with an extended warranty that was November 2023 in December of 2023 I had to return it to the dealer to have them look at it because it was bucking and smoking out of the tailpipe they had it for 2 months returned it to me and said there was nothing wrong with it I had it for less than a month so with the same problems I returned it to **** to have it looked at they said it was nothing wrong with it I returned it again for them to tell me there was nothing wrong with it for the fourth time I brought it back to **** because of the same problems they told me they had to replace the engine which they did I got it back about 2 months later I had it for about 2 weeks and his oil all in my engine leaking from the bottom still smoking bucking now it's ticking **** has had this truck longer than I have had it in the year I've had it **** has had it for 7 months still return it to me with a huge problem The turbo's in it are bad ******** converter is full of oil My tail pipes are full of oil The woman who rents vehicles from **** said she did not want to rent a vehicle to me because of where I lived so they gave me a little four-door SUV to use for now I am paying for an F-150 truck **** is unwilling to do anything to my truck I returned it three times and they told me there was nothing wrong with it we clearly even people without mechanic knowledge could tell there was something wrong with it if you purchase from courtesy Ford I suggest thoroughly looking over the vehicle you are purchasing and test driving it further than just up and down the street or she just putting it on the highway and driving it for a while to make sure there's no problems with it or bring your own mechanic with you so they can check it out is courtesy Ford knew what they were selling they knew there was a problem with it when they sold it to me there's no way the mechanics missed this problem

      I had a deeply disappointing experience with Courtesy Ford, especially with **** ****** and finance manager **** ****. During the Biolab chemical fire and while I was pregnant, I needed a vehicle. Referred to **** by a family member, I initially trusted she could help, but that was not the case.I was assured that with a reasonable down payment and monthly payments, they could arrange a deal for me. After submitting all the required documents, including bank statements, **** said they would pick up my trade-in and deliver the new vehicle. However, once my documents were in, the terms changed, and I was told I needed a co-signer. Even after securing one, complications continued, making the process frustrating.**** and **** gave conflicting information, missed deadlines, and failed to return calls. I constantly had to follow up, feeling like I was chasing them for updates.Several vehicles I inquired about became unavailable or had issues. I even considered vehicles I didnt want, but the delays and excuses persisted. Meanwhile, my credit score suffered from repeated applications.On October 25th, I found a vehicle that seemed ideal. **** later told me it had been sold months ago. This back-and-forth was exhausting. My deal was deprioritized in favor of customers with better credit. Despite their claims of working on my deal, I never felt like a priority.After a month, I was left without a vehicle, with added stress and harm to my credit. If youre considering Courtesy Ford, reconsider, especially if you dont have perfect credit or a big budget. My experience was a nightmare.

      October 31,2023 I thought a truck from Courtesy Ford in ******* GA. While there the sales guy went on and on about how it was Blue Certified and had a 139 point inspection. Well, I guess the transmission was not one those because less than 24 hours after I purchased it the transmission went out. 6 months later that transmission also went out. The dealership has now had my truck for 2 months and every time I speak to someone I am told a different story. I was first told the diagnosis would be 72 hours. Then, when that passed I was told from the same person it was actually 5-7 days. When I dropped the truck off for the 2nd time the service tech acted like I was an inconvenience. I have either spoken,emailed or texted every person I can think of there. I spoke to someone 2 weeks ago who told me the warranty was approved and I would be getting my truck back the next week. Well, the next week was a holiday (4th of July) so I waited until the following week to call just to give them more time. Called this week( 3 weeks since they said they had the transmission and was putting it in) to see if my truck is ready to be picked up and was told they haven't even started working on it. I have tried really hard to be patient but the run around at this dealership is ridiculous. I have had to cancel THREE camping trips which I had to pay a cancelation fee for because I do not have a working vehicle. I have a side business that I have lost thousands of dollars because I don't have a vehicle to do the work. I am paying a truck payment on a truck I don't have and a camper payment on a camper I can't use. Not to mention I traded in a good running truck which I know the person who bought it from them is happy with their purchase because I ran into them in town. The dealership brags about being #2 in customer service/satisfaction but I don't see how. I put less than 20 miles on it before the first transmission went out and only ***** on the new transmission before it went out.

      worst place ever do not go here for ************. they are nasty, unfriendly, no customer skills.....and they will respond to all the reviews with an excuse...but if you listen to how the owner responds you can see that his workers are a product of him. Sorry and unprofessional. Take my word....Stay far away. I'd give them a O if I could. **********

      Im writing to address a concerning issue regarding a recent transaction at Courtesy Ford. On March 6, 2024, I purchased a **** Transit engine for $7800 with the understanding that it had undergone a thorough inspection, as indicated by the checklist provided. However, upon receiving the engine and having it installed by my personal mechanic, it was discovered that the passenger side valve cover was missing.In an effort to resolve this matter, I promptly contacted Courtesy Ford and spoke with ******, *****, and manager *****.I found the response to be lacking in professionalism and satisfactory resolution. Manager ***** mentioned that the missing part was on back order, but I questioned why this information was not disclosed prior to my purchase.Despite my insistence on receiving the new part or appropriate compensation, I was informed that the only option available was to return the engine for a refund. However, due to the engine already being installed by my mechanic and the associated costs of renting a cargo van, this solution is not feasible for me.Furthermore, my attempts to escalate the issue by contacting **** consumer relations yielded no fruitful results. I have also reached out to the General Manager of Courtesy Ford, Mr. ************* but have yet to receive a response despite leaving a voicemail detailing the unresolved issue.This experience has left me deeply dissatisfied with the level of service and professionalism demonstrated by Courtesy Ford. I believe that as a customer, I am entitled to a satisfactory resolution that adequately addresses the inconvenience and financial implications caused by this oversight.I urge Courtesy Ford to reconsider their stance and provide appropriate compensation for the missing part, or offer an alternative solution that aligns with the terms of our original agreement. Additionally, I strongly advise against patronizing Courtesy Ford due to the concerning lack of transparency, professionalism, and customer service.

      *********** was awesome! Go see *****, my problem is in the finance department where they don't tell you all the hidden fees that you're purchasing. I never asked for a tire care package or was asked if I wanted it. I never asked for a Gps module to be installed and me pay for a year service for. Nor was I told about it. Definitely not saying don't buy from this dealership. Just pay attention on the hidden fees they attach to your loan.

      Little did I know that I was purchasing 6 new tires from h*** at this facility. After the tires were installed, I drove it and immediately returned the ** because the vehicle was pulling hard to the left. They did not perform an alignment check, multi-point inspection, or test drive the **, as they claim to do per their sales quote. As a result, this place kept my ** for nearly a month diagnosing it with complete incompetence.After several attempts to learn about the vehicle's condition, I made a final visit to check the ** status and was handed my keys. I had to walk approximately miles to pick up the ** from their fenced maintenance area. And while driving, it continued to pull hard to the left. I took it to another service shop and they corrected the problem in less than 30 minutes.I am awarding this outfit with 1-Star which should be considered very, very generous and greatly appreciated. I highly recommend that review ratings be allowed for 0 or No-Stars.It would be so nice to know what prompted this type of service and behavior because this beats all that I have ever seen. I always assumed that dealership service operated more professionally than this. This was definitely a surprising eye opener and real-life learning experience.Should a response to this review appear in any sarcastic or rebuttal fashion, I will respond back to this issue in its entirety to reveal the specific details of every interaction, correspondence I submitted, AND even my direct communication with Fords ********************************** Consumers, shop this service at your OWN risk!

      I cant believe how awful this place is!!! A one star is too good for this place!!! They are racist the service Manger a *********************** making racial slurs at me along with not doing the Job I asked them to do! He over charge for the bad service they provided that I never asked them to do in the first place.He also stole my truck an refuse to tell me where my truck is located!! I will be taking a lawsuit against these people! For my truck and the racist manger and all individuals involved!! **** should be ashamed! An that individual should be fired!!!!!

      Good morning.I wanted to take a moment to recap the situation with you so that we can address these very serious allegations.1. On June 7, 2022, your 2007 vehicle with around ******* miles was not starting and was towed to our dealership.2. The vehicle would not start and could not be diagnosed until we could get it running. You authorized us to get the vehicle running for $2,100.3. We were able to get the vehicle running so that we could then diagnose the problem. We figured out what would need to be done to fix the vehicle from further problems and provided you a quote.4. You then proceeded to threaten, use profanity, and intimidate employees and customers present at the dealership. We have copies of the conversations. In one instance you threatened to blow up the dealership. 5. We still wanted to get your vehicle back to you, but then the communication with you went silent. 6. Almost one year later, on May 5, 2023 we were able to establish contact with you to release your vehicle and you agreed to pay the balance owed for getting the vehicle to start.7. After you pay your balance, we would be more than happy to assist you in getting your vehicle back.At this point, we do not feel safe having you on our dealership premises as we have to think about the safety of our guests, customers, and employees.       I see u accusing me of disappearing but the same as your service department I have had no success at receiving calls from this business. You did not leave any contact information and you have incorrect information in your message: its fine that you dont wish for me to come to this location for the lie that was put on me. But u have put forth no effort to hear my issues with your service department . This leaves me with no choice but to seek assistance with this elsewhere. Your service Manger has done the same and to make it worst he add racial slurs. I have tried to work this out but I see u have no plans to try. I have in writing proof where I have been wronged an I will stand my ground a fight for my rights, and my old truck. Thank you for this message that shows you do not listen to your customers ***** not care. Thank you Very unsatisfied and mistreated ex-customer ***************** ************

      On Monday, September 12, 2022, I dropped off my 2008 ********************* for the following repairs: Left CV axle replaced, tune-up, fuel induction, coolant flush, and belt (see invoice). ******* contacted me after 5 pm on this day and stated that my vehicle was ready for pick-up. I informed him I didn't have transportation at that time to pick up the car and is it all right to pick it up in the morning. He said, Yes. I arrived at 7:00 am to pick up my car on Tuesday, September 13, ****. I paid for the car repairs of $ ******** and had my ride leave afterward. My residence is fifteen minutes away from the dealership. In less than ten minutes, my check engine light was on. I turned the car around and drove back to the dealership and had to contact my ride to pick me up. At noon, I received a phone call from a female advisor saying that my vehicle was ready for pick-up. When I asked the young lady why the check engine light was on and what was wrong, she said she didn't know. I arrived and headed home. The check engine light was on again within ten minutes of leaving the dealership. I turned around again to Courtesy Ford of *******. I requested they run a diagnosis to see why my check engine was coming on, for I didnt have this issue before my repairs. On Wednesday, September 14, I picked up my car at 7:00 am, and ************************* assisted. I asked ****************** could you please tell me why my check engine light kept coming on? He said the O2 sensor needed replacement. On Saturday, October 29, 2022, my vehicle shook when I accelerated past forty miles per hour. I took my car to ********************, and attached is their diagnosis (see attached e-mail).The first picture shows the loose bolt and the gap between the intermediate shaft and the engine block. The second picture shows the intermediate shaft and the bolt missing from the part. The third picture shows the missing boot that seals the axle and prevents any fluids from leaking.
