    There is a shelter in place for the biolab fire in conyers ga, and this location is in this evacuation zone but mountain motor sports is saying they need there employees there today even though the location is closed. The smell is aweful and they are there inhaling these chemicals from the fire. This is unacceptable and so upsetting that they don't care for the well being of there employees. They need to be home inside.

    We bought 3 brand new 4-wheelers in October 2022 with extended warranty coverage. We immediately had issues with 2 out of the three 4-wheelers. One of our 4-wheelers have <500 hrs, being used by my 74 y/o father-in-law, and they said the motor is blown. Less than 2 years, 500 hrs, and the motor is blown. To top it off they said NOTHING is covered by our extended warranty. The 4-******* is a sportsman 1000.We have had multiple issues with this company since purchasing the **** and they have no integrity and will not honor their extended warranty we purchased from them. I would like for them to either abide by their warranty and repair the 4-*******.

    *** ********** did purchase 3 units from Mountain Motorsports.  One of his ***s is indeed blown up. Mountain Motorsports sent in all the information requested by the ***************** Once Mountain Motorsports sent the information into the warranty company the warranty company denied the claim for repair, not Mountain Motorsports. Mountain Motorsports tried to get the claim covered however was unsuccessful. Because we are unable to meet Mr. ************ expectations we have asked Mr. ********** to come and pick his *** up and Mountain Motorsports would not render any services moving forward. The *** in question has only been in Mountain Motorsports service department one other time, a year ago and that repair order was covered by the warranty company.

    I have purchased and paid in full for an *** from this company from their ******, ** location and now they dont have their original MOS title for the *** and have informed me I will have to wait almost two to three months to receive title. This *** has been paid for now for years and and they have never supplied me with my title and should have had this title before selling the *** and I shouldnt have to wait one to three months for a title.

    When your vehicle was purchased in 2017, you were a ** resident and the vehicle had a lien on it so the *** could not be put into your possession. We do understand that ******* requires the *** to get a title, but we had to order your *** from ******* We can not change the timeframe from them. When you spoke with my office admin, she assured you she would get the *** as fast as possible and even included overnight shipping at no charge to you. I apologize for the time delay that this process takes but I can assure you you will get you *** as fast as possible.
