"i paid OMEGA over 200 dollars for a one year service contract the technician they sent wasn't the best and said I needed a 45+10 capacitor and the additional charge would be 268$ and like a brain dead person I paid it and then I needed a new UV bulb for 368$ I refuse to give them anymore money I replaced the bulb for 39$ I just fill like I got robed I will never use their services again"
