    I am rejecting this response because:
    Smoothe Construction has made a false statement. They HAVE NOT reimbursed me any funds!

    My credit card company has credited my card $510.00 that it costed me to pay for services NOT RENDERED but which h I paid Smoothe Construction to do. If I had not paid with a credit card I would not had been able to recover at least that portion!

    Clearly this company has NO INTEREST or INTENTION of rectifying this situation in a decent and civil manner. 

    As I requested not to be contacted by the company, I received a phone call from one of the men who did the majority of the work at my home. He requested that I remove the ****** review which I posted regarding the service I received from Smoothe Construction. 

    As I stated, I don't do reviews to hurt businesses. Companies hurt themselves when they do not give good service to their customers. I post my reviews to INFORM the consumer!

    I revised my review and deleted the photos which were a TRUE depiction of the service that was rendered to me by this business. However, at this time I have decided to repost my original review with the photos and call this deal settled because I have already wasted enough of my time and energy with this nonsense! And once again, LET IT BE PUBLICLY KNOWN THAT I DO NOT WISH TO BE CONTACTED BY PHONE OR ANY OTHER MEANS BY ANY PERSON FROM SMOOTHE CONSTRUCTION.  I regret that we were unable to  me to a consensus regarding this matter. I would have worked with them on the amount but not after this. I thank the BBB for your attempts to get my complaint resoved.

    ised that he would return to complete the job but never did. Said that he needed to pay his men. He went on to do other work and left my home in chaos. The flooring from kitchen to living room is off-centered. Glue also on the flooring, quarter rounds half completed or not done at all, debris left in my garage, left all of my floors filthy,my bathroom filthy. Left glue on other areas and objects in my home. No business integrity and unethical business practices was my experience with this company. I want no other dealings with this company, only return of funds paid.
