    Serv Pro Conyers, I can see why they are not Better Business Bureau accredited. They do not do quality work in a timely fashion. Broke my blinds and did not replace them. Replaced one blind that was a mismatch and did not cover the window. They damaged, misplaced or stole my content. My computer, ******************* Football Hall of Fame plaque and metal 2024, two oriental rugs are missing. Regarding my plaque and metal, I was not able to attend due health reasons in 2024, graciously the *** is allowing me to walk with the 2025 Class and I will have to purchase those things that my work earned. Serv Pro of Conyers does not know about doing the work to earn their money. The owner **** ****** has never responded to my complaints. I am trying to get a legal firm to take my case. If anyone know if a law firm please send them my way. This is the worst experience that anyone can have. I feel violated in so many ways and it appears nothing can legally be done to get companies like this out of business. I would not recommend the use of their services for nothing. From the clean up of the water damage, removing and putting my house contents back into the house to the repairs, their work was awful. That is an understatement. I am not going to stop my fight against this company. Everyone that I can tell on every platform that I have I am doing it.

    Initial response time impressive. professionalism and quality of work very good. However, we were promised (by one of their representatives) the company would follow up with us to do the repairs immediately after mitigation was completed. it was completed 2 weeks ago. no response. i have contacted the company repeatedly, only to be transferred through multiple departments and speaking to numerous people--none of who have been able to address my concern. That is when-if ever-will the work be done? my wife and i have been stuck in this hotel, patiently waiting for Servpro to finish the job they started.

    We have been in extreme situation with many, many claims. We did complete the mitigation work. Our repair division is extremely backed up due to the number of claims we have received. We have reached out and been told that you no longer need our services. We are happy to have someone come out and give you a repair estimate if you still need one. Feel free to call in and speak with ************************* if you need service. He is the manager of this division. ************.

Ever think of applying a little empathy to your customer rather (in in addition) to telling your own sad story? Ever thought about apologizing for the trouble we have had with your company?You are getting paid VERY WELL for being VERY BUSY. Your customer service is only as good as how well you perform under the most demmanding circumstances. And none of what you mentioned gives Servpro the right to provide unsatisfactory customer service. Let's make this like "it never happend!"
