My car has been in the shop 4 months the tow company charged me ****** for less than a 20 mile trip. The Mechanic ***** tried me to understand some insurance scams an was no longer an employee after due to me speaking up. I asked to speak to someone other than a woman working 9 months Oregonian due to her high stress level. She refused to set a date on fixing my car after my insurance company stated it was already fixed with no extra damage. It seems very personal, *** stated something is wrong with me that I feel people are out to get me, she mentioned that the insurance company stated I cursed them out demeaning my character. That was a false statement. When she told me that the insurance rep was there but refused to speak to me. I found that odd. She threatened to release the car to the lien holder as well, due to the insurance company not paying for their part of neglected cause its a domino effect causing the communication to be hard. I feel that I am a consumer who is willing to pay the deductible. However, to my understanding the car fixed doesnt come to the amount they want its already been pain an the amount of damage is less then my deductible cost but ***** Classic is fraudulently taken advantage of the fact of the unknown they think. My issue is that they are holding my car to gain more an have been conducting business like this for years not helping the community buy stealing double dips. They reported to the insurance it was ready but reported to me I need to pay the deductible when the bill I have is only for ****** that was paid from progressive
