    Purchased vehicle 4/21/25 Brought to shop for work 4/23-4/25-5/13 Reported suspension issues on 4/22/25 They supposedly ran diagnostics on 4/23/25 Said the vehicle had no issues Check engine light came on and was flashing on 5/13/25 After diagnostics on 5/14/25 front struts were bad along with a bad injector I had to pay out of pocket $625 after warranty to fix the vehicle 5/23/25 i get the vehicle back 5/24/25 after struts are replaced the front end is now clunking I returned the vehicle again on 5/26/25 and they come back with motor mounts are bad, fender lining, and exhaust gaskets are bad I would like a full refund for everything i have had to spend so i can take it some where else to be fixed. The second option is they can refund everything including down payment and return the vehicle i traded in or write me a check.

    In may of 2024 I brought my vehicle to this dealership to get the lifters replaced, they charged me over 6 grand to fix the lifters and within the weekend I had to take it back for them to fix it again because they said a lifter magically collapsed. In the late summer of 2024 only 2-4 months later I had to take it back again for the same issue, received the truck back for a month and returned it again for the same issue they said they fixed got it back and within another month it broke again and now theyve had it for 4 months since December and only started working on it this past few weeks or so they say, everytime I went up there it hasnt moved from the same spot I left it, they are sorry and unresponsive, and now theyve have been prolonging the fix for 2-3 weeks saying every few days itll be done then calling me back saying its postponed till next week. This is working Ive already paid for over a year ago that they refuse to make right and get done, I have tried being patient and lienent with them after all the stress Ive been through and time and money Ive lost through them, I just want this made right and to have my truck back done completely and correctly.
