    This business charged me to file my income tax return with them. This company mad e an error on my taxes that left me with a penalty to the *** I reached out to the company and they said I gave them the wrong information on W2 form form so the penalty would be my responsibility which is not true. My W2 has never been wrong I’ve been on the same job for 7 years and have used them in the past for filing I explained this to the manager and she still is standing on it’s my penalty after I paid them for a service.

    This issue has not been resolved because the letter has not been viewed and no explanation has been given about the fees by the business owners. She called from a private phone number and I I don’t have a current number to contact her back at for details

    The client provided our office with the incorrect information. We entered the information as it was presented to us. The information she gave to us stated her taxable income was *******. The correct taxable income was actually $******. We were not aware of this because we can only go by the information that the client brings to us. The ******** ******* corrected the discrepancy and in turn, she owes back $*** to them. This has been explained to client.

    This information is still not valid information the tax preparer used the last check stub to file 2022 taxes instead of using the W2 form that was presented to her which is why she input in the incorrect amount for my annual income
