    Acom Integrated Solutions security company of Columbus, Georgia has absolutely no integrity. They were abusive to their to through their deceptive, and unfair business practices.
    On April 7th I paid $131.25 for a bill from Acom for a service call to replace and faulty wire, that they had installed with an unannounced service call months earlier. I paid with a check, that cleared on April 20th, 2025. On June 1, 2025, I received a duplicate bill with a threatening letter demanding payment for this bill that I already paid. Even after I sent them a copy of the check from my financial institution showing that it cleared, they continued to harass me for the said amount of $131.25. I cut my service off from Acom the end of April due to the mistreatment I was getting from them. Acom is clearly deceptive as well as they practice double billing.

    Integrated Home Solutions has been very helpful with my mortgage company so far. They are pleasant to work with. They stopped the sale on our house and are dealing with the company so I don’t have to. Nice to have someone represent us!

    Beware of the small print. After the first year you cannot cancel the service yet still pay monthly on the financed equipment. You are stuck with the service that doesn't work properly until its paid in full. They charge for everything they do after the first year. Customer service is incompetent and can do nothing for you other than schedule someone to come out to see what's happening then charge you for it. This was an expensive lesson to learn.
    I see their canned responses about caring. in the 3 years of experience with them, they do not show they care at all after the initial year. Then you're locked in and they only tell you what you cannot do.

    Problems with equipment constantly. Rap sheet of countless calls due to ‘low voltage’. Techs sent out with wrong equipment to fix. Always wanted more $$$.
