    I would give 0 stars if I could! First off, they will deduct a processing fee for return items, let's be real, that's to pay for shipping it back. Then it takes forever to get your refund, 15 plus days for me! They receive the return and claim there's a stain on it and will not refund my money. Tags still attached, tried on only, never worn! I will not be shopping here again. So called "stain" ******** *****. Absolutely ridiculous.

    I ordered 4 items from them in November and never received anything. I’ve been emailing with customer service for over a month and haven’t received a refund. Now that I’m reading other reviews, I wish I never ordered from Blushing Brunette! Terrible customer service and scam of a company. In this day and age, every reputable company has an easy refund/return process.

    I received an e gift card a few months ago from a return and am now trying to redeem it. I saved the email they sent me. I am now unable to use it. I sent them an email days ago and have been emailing them daily asking where my e gift card is and have not gotten a response. They keep sending me texts to buy merchandise from them, and in their text, it says “reply back”. I reply in their texts about my GC with no reply. I want my gift card! The phone number goes to a voice mail that does not have a mail box. I don’t know how they have 5 stars.

    My daughter and I visited on Saturday, ******* ** *** *********. We were greeted warmly and helpfully by a young woman who made us feel like she was glad we had walked in. Not condescending, not bored, not annoyed we were interrupting ****** time. She proceeded to be super helpful and available the whole time my daughter was trying dresses on, she made suggestions, grabbed different sizes for us and generally made the whole visit pleasant. Even when we didn’t purchase one of their dresses, she was just NICE. It’s so refreshing and so surprising to have top-notch customer service these days. I wanted to give her a hug when we left, but instead, we will just come back again!
