    Date: 25 Jun 25. $705.50. New gutters. Dispute: No contact and business not tried to resolve.;

    1- On 24 Jun 25 I sent a request via American Gutter Warriors website for gutter replacement.2- On 24 Jun 25 @ 0855, I received a call from John R******** to discuss and establish an appointment.3- On 24 Jun 25 @ 0911, I received an email from John R******** confirming my appointment for 25 Jun 25 between 1030-1100.4- On 24 Jun 25 @1611, I received a phone call from John R******** to further discuss the gutter replacement.5- On 25 Jun 25 John R******** came to my house to take measurements and provide an estimated cost.6- On 2 Jul @ 0917, I called his cell phone and left a message that I had decided to accept his estimate.7- On 2 Jul 25 @1104, John called me back and said he needed 50% of total due to schedule as per the estimate he provided. Spouse sent $706.50 via ***** to John.8- On 2 Jul 25 @ 1129,  John called me and confirmed receiving the $706.50.9- NOTE: On estimate John provided it states, "Remainder due after Installation. Install date may take 3 to 4 weeks after deposit is paid due to weather and business".10- On 13 Aug 25, @ 0919, which was 6 weeks after sending 50% payment. His message was full and could not leave a message.11- On 14 Aug, @ 0938, I called and left a message requesting he call me to discuss gutter replacement.12- On 15 Aug 25 @ 0902, I called and left a message requesting he call me to discuss gutter replacement.13- On 18 Aug 25 @1001, I called and left a message requesting he call me to discuss gutter replacement.14- On 19 Aug 25 @ 0903, I called and his phone disconnected my call.15- On 19 Aug 25 @ 1017, I  called and left a message and stated, if he needed more money to complete the gutter replacement, to call me back and we'll discuss.
    All I am asking for is my 50% deposit of $706.50 refunded.

    I sent a down payment of $420 for a single gutter installation via ***** on 12MAY25. i was told that it would be about three weeks until installation and would be called to schedule a time. A month went by without any communication. I reached out via text on 5JUN25 and was told that the next day I was on the schedule. The company no-showed with no communication. A week later i requested asked again and the owner stated that he would get it on the schedule. Another week passed with no communication and on 24JUN25 I requested a refund. The owner stated he would have the job done by FRI and would drop the price by $100 which I agreed to. Job still has not been completed and since 24JUN25 I have been unable to get in touch with the owner via email, text or call. All I am requesting is a refund of the $420 that I paid as a down payment.

    I contracted with the business to replace my gutters and fascia (as needed), and the work was completed in June 2023. After the first big rain, I noticed water pouring over the roof at one place, which I believe was caused by a missing splash guard. I contacted the owner via text on ****2024 and informed him of the problem, and he promptly replied that he'd get it fixed. When he hadn't fixed it by ****/24, I texted him again, and he apologized that he'd "dropped the ball" and would get someone over there "this week" to fix it. They never fixed it, and when I texted him again on *****/24 and ***/24, he never replied. I also sent them an email ~1 month ago and got no response. I finally hired someone else to install the splash guard, but now the gutter is leaking someplace else.

    I met ****, with American Gutter Warriors, sometime in 2022, at the business location (******** ** **** ****** ******** *** ********* **), to discuss replacing gutters. He agreed to replace the existing gutters with like gutters at an estimated price of $3300.00.
    He requested a deposit to purchase supplies, for which I gave him $1000.00. Since he was a veteran and I am a veteran, I trusted he would do as he said. I was wrong.

    I hired another company and got gutters installed. Now I would like a refund on the amount I paid for but never got.
