Cost-$300 to cover boarding plus reimbursement for calming chews
    What was promised:
I was told that my dogs would receive daily report cards and photos, morning treats each day, regular feeding on a set schedule, and a clean run. I was also led to believe that the facility was part of our trusted veterinary office, 2nd Avenue.

    What actually happened:
I only received photos on one day, and only after calling three separate times to request them. I received no further updates or report cards. My dogs were only given morning treats on two out of the five days. On the day of pickup, they had not been fed by 5 p.m. even though they were supposed to eat at noon. Their bedding was returned soaked in urine and covered in feces. Their treat bags appeared chewed on, and a full jar of calming chews I had provided was never returned. The overall care fell far below what was promised and expected. Since coming home, both of my dogs have been acting strangely, which makes me concerned they were neglected or mistreated. I feel deeply misled and disappointed by the level of care they received.
I would like a full refund for the cost of boarding, reimbursement for the missing jar of calming chews, and an apology for the lack of promised communication and poor care provided to my pets. I also want the business to be held accountable so other pet owners don’t experience what we did.
