      I booked this company for event rentals for my wedding, which occurred on *****/23. Getting ahold of them before the ceremony was hit or miss, but they were more affordable than other options. I was able to make changes to my reservation a couple times as numbers changed. The day they delivered ******/23), I was not at the location, but family members were. They set up the tent, delivered the chairs and tables and left before I returned. Once I got to the location, I discovered the tent that was supposed to be white was dingy, stained, dirty, and had large amounts of debris including leaves and twigs actively falling off it. Additionally, many of the chairs had large rusted spots on the legs. More than one table still had old decor taped to the bottom, which shows that inspection of the rented items does not occur. I called the company several times that day and left a voicemail. No one called me back. I called again the following Monday after the event and spoke to a CSR that assured me they would email me a form to fill out about my concerns and would be reaching back out to me to address the issue. That is the last I spoke to anyone. No email arrived, no further phone calls. I have called repeatedly and no one answers. I have left voicemails, sent emails, and even used their contact form on their website, which they have previously responded to, and no contact at all. It is obvious the company is ignoring me specifically at this point. I did not even want a full refund, but I feel some money should be refunded since the items delivered were not of the quality advertised. The event was booked as a wedding from the first contact, so it is not as though the company was unaware of the expectation. My family had to hose down the tent ourselves just to ensure debris did not fall on guests. Additionally, the company left the rented items at the venue location for several days after they were due to be picked up, with no contact with myself nor the property owners.
