    They showed up over three hours late and I had told them when I booked that I had a showing for 4 o’clock that afternoon. They were supposed arrive between nine and 10 to give me a chance clean out the area because the rugs were gross. They arrived after noon.
    They didn’t bring any tools, and one of the helpers talked continually instead of moving. They had to go through my garage to find tools to take the bed apart.
    Upon arrival they told me, I didn’t pay a deposit when I did because they accidentally charged my card as an authorization .
    They ended up charging me $70 to go 6 miles and charge by the hour. Upon arrival at the apartment we were moving the bedroom to, one guy sat in their truck for a period of time while the other conversed with me. When I asked where the other helper was I was told he was taking a business call despite the fact that I paid for a two-man team, and I get charged by the hour. It ended up costing me $429 to move one bed, two gaming chairs one dresser, five cat trees, and numerous boxes and two small end tables, 6 miles.
    In an attempt to try to keep the cost down because they were taking so long and because I had an appointment later that day I ended up having to help carry boxes to the truck to expedite things and still ended up paying a ridiculous amount of money.
    Although the movers were very nice, I do not feel I received my moneys worth, and I feel the company over charges.
