    I ordered a shed, from the company to be built on site. Originally it was scheduled to be built in mid June. They called to state that they could come the Tuesday after Memorial Day. They arrived and I spoke with one of the builders about ensuring the door was on the right side closest to the level part of the yard, which would be facing view if standing in front of it. When I ordered I spoke to Hunt and he stated to put the 5th flag to where the door should go and they would do that. This did not occur. Additionally with the weather conditions the ground was soft so the side yard leading into my fenced in area is completely destroyed and is pooling water. They placed wood down that is now embedded into the soil causing the yard to be unlevel. This decreases my property value and have to get an estimate for a landscaper to come out for repair of the property that they damaged. I sent the photos to Hunt with no response back to try to resolve the issue. Paid $4000 for a product not built to the specifications discussed along with an incurring cost to repair landscaping.

    Regarding the door placement, our team built the shed precisely according to the specifications outlined in your signed contract. Our policy requires us to adhere strictly to the agreed-upon plans to ensure accuracy.
    Pertaining to the shed's initial placement, our crew built the 8x10 shed exactly within the flagged area you marked out. After the building was completed we came back out and moved the shed at your request.
    Finally, concerning the drainage issue by your gate, our contract clearly states that it is the customer's responsibility to identify and inform us of any wet areas in the yard to avoid. This was not brought to our attention until after all work was completed. This could have been avoided if you had informed us that it was too wet and simply rescheduled when we called the day before and you confirmed everything was ready!
