      **** *** 2023. I came home to water on the floor coming from under my bed leading to the wall behind my headboard. It was after business hours because I just got off of work so I had to call the emergency maintenance since it was raining, they told me there was nothing they can do because they needed to check the roof fast forward to **** ** I came home getting ready to head out of town again. Water is on my floor. This time I notice new damage to the wall once again this is after business hours because I was just returning home from work and the maintenance came out to clean the water which I had already cleaned up to say that there was nothing he can do and I will have to wait until the office opened on Monday, I called the office on Monday. They said that they will get to it as soon as they can. I explain to them that I am a ******** and with that water sitting in the wall so long it could be mold involved. Also, the problem is located by electricity on my wall as well . I called today and they told me that that is what rental insurance is for. And they only have one maintenance man so they’ll get to it when they can so I am Left living in a water damage bedroom in soon to be living room just waiting for the wall to cave-in. Please help I have already called to talk to a code inspector to have them check out my apartment because nothing is being done. I have attached pictures below to show evidence of the damage.
