    On Monday, ****** ***, the lead technician came to our house, inspected the primary drain pain and told me that a connecting pipe was missing, and hence our primary drain is functioning 100%. He said that this was a mistake on their side, and I am not mad about that fact, because mistakes can happen. He vacuumed our secondary pan, and told me that he will call the office to organize that missing pipe as soon as possible.
    On Wednesday, ****** *** I received a call early in the morning that the pipe will be fixed, and I told them that we have water stains on our ceiling right under the AC unit and to come as quickly as possible. Around 4 pm on the same day, I called Indoor Solutions and asked if the pipe would be repaired today, since we have water stains on our ceiling. The operator told me that he thought it was fixed, but will send a technicia out. The technician arrived and fixed the missing pipe, and I told him about the water stains, and that I will get in touch with the office.
    ****** **** I had ******* assess the damage in our attic. They informed us that the insulation under the woodsheet of the AC is wet, and needs to be dried out with blowers for about 3 days. The area can be accessed by cutting out a small piece of wood. In total he estimates the repair will cost about 650 USD (if they do it). Contact: *** ****** ************ **). He urged us to dry the insulation to prevent further damage.
    I wrote an email to Indoor Solution, and asked to receive a call to discuss further. ****** ****, I called Indoor Solutions and asked if someone had a chance to look at my email. The operator mentioned that he needs to forward it to the owner.
    I have not received a response so far, and I am not sure if the owner is aware of the issue. I want to give Indoor Solutions the chance to fix the damage, since it was caused by an incomplete repair, but I cannot get in touch with the owner.

    I will attach a document which includes the prior repair history.

    The owner of the company has reached out to me. Their contractor came, put up a blower in our attic to dry the insulation, and they painted the ceiling. Indoor Solutions fixed the repair damage.
