    It has been approximately 5 times i have had to call them and come out since September 2022. They are not resolving the issue. They send men out that are completely unaware of how to get a resolution then charge over $500 for the services instead of resolving the problem the first time. They are only worried about making the money instead quality. Each time a guy comes out they say its a different problem and not they are asking for $3000 to resolve an issue that shouldve been resolved the first time. They have received over $1700 already and i am continuously having problems. They also sent me an invoicing lying saying i owe a balance of $517 for a service that was already paid for prior to them even coming out to fix the problem because the parts had to be ordered. They also lied and said they came out to my home 2 days back to back which was untrue so i spoke with Karen who stated she would have the manager call me back(that never called)last week. Now they have unplugged my air conditioner its 89 degrees outside & 83 in my home because they want $3000 for a service i was supposedly already paying for. I cant get anywhere with this company and im constantly spending money i dont have to get my air fixed for me and my child to be comfortable our home. Its ridiculous and frustrating & i shouldnt have to continue paying for service when they have already been paid. They dont offer any money back or anything when their technicians they send out are the ones thats the problem. The job either needs to be fixed and finished or a refund which is highly requested because i dont even want to do business with them anymore. They dont value their customers they are strictly all about money. It upsets me that so many people use this company not realizing they are very overpriced and in no way even interested in customer satisfaction. I have attached the documents with proof they i have paid them a large amount of money. I would greatly appreciate if someone could help me.

    I absolutely do not recommend this company to anyone! They are overpriced & do not value their customers. They will half way fix the issue so that you can continue paying more money for them to continuously come out. I have paid over $2000 to these people & my issue has yet to be resolved. If i could give them 0 stars i would!
