    I paid almost 600 dollars for my extensions to be installed. i went here because i heard great reviews about the company. I got three rows of extensions installed for almost two hours in which the customer service was poor and there was little conversation. Since having these extensions in i started experiencing problems and messaged the stylist directly asking how i could mediate and actually have use of my hair. About a week later the pain i was having from these extensions was so painful that i went to a trusted hair stylist in my town. since i got the extensions put in at a salon in my home town a stylist in my college town where i am now living is fixing the situation. This stylist showed me multiple spots of extreme breakage where my hair has been ripped out due to the extensions. she said that the damage caused to my hair will be significant. there is also a row on my hair line right above my neck which shouldn’t be there and has caused me insane pain. when reaching out to the company they were very dismissive and rude. they said since i don’t live in ******** there was nothing they could do and didn’t even try to find something that could work out instead since i requested a refund. the salon made it out to seem as if my problems was a direct cause of myself and i did it. i have had extensions before and the pain caused from these is nothing like previously. Since i am having to seek another stylist and pay extra i would like the money back. i also don’t want them to fix the problem considering the amount of damage they’ve already caused.

    This guest reached out to her stylist about one week following her appointment because she was having trouble curling her extensions. Our stylist informed her of how she could remedy that problem and asked if there were any other issues. No issues were brought up at that time. Approximately 4 weeks after the guest’s appointment she called the salon and asked for a full refund due to pain and breakage. We have a policy of not refunding money for services rendered. At that time, a fix was not an option as it was now time for her to have a push-up. Normal push-ups happen at around 4-6 weeks. The guest sent photos that showed a normal grow out that was ready for a push-up. She was given all of this information in a phone call with our salon manager.
