    I was gifted a 26’ griddle grill. The ignition doesn’t work, the item came brand new and had rust on the griddle, multiple design flaws like not being able to screw in the magnet doors.
    You can’t call the customer service number because it goes right to some dudes voicemail that doesn’t call you back. Emailing them is just as painful, I don’t know who I’m emailing to besides customer service they don’t give you a name or greeting. they can’t open any picture attachments so they ask you to refer to the Manuel on which part number you’re talking about “they” then still can’t figure out what you’re asking help for.
    I’ve asked for them to call me in the email I’ve asked multiple questions in the emails and I get a response to the easiest of those questions and that’s it. They ignore all the tougher questions and just feels like they don’t want to help at all.
    This is a bad grill and a TERRIBLE company to deal with. STAY AWAY!
