    I am writing to express my disappointment with the service I received at Ray's Auto Collision. Upon entering the shop, I asked *** *** **** for an estimate to address the chipped paint on my car door. Instead of providing a professional assessment, *** **** suggested I purchase paint from an **** **** to fix the issue myself. When I asked again for an estimate, he quoted a price of $150–$200, which gave me the impression he assumed I could not afford the service. When I requested that he come outside to inspect my car door, *** **** stated he was too busy to assist me.
    *** **** had multiple opportunities to earn my business, but instead, his actions made me feel unwelcome and undervalued as a customer. While I was dressed casually in cutoff shorts, a t-shirt, and a visor, this should not have influenced the level of service I received. This experience has left me with a negative impression of the business, and I will not return. I feel compelled to share my experience with others to ensure they are aware of the substandard treatment I encountered at Ray's Auto Collision
