I originally moved to *** ********* ****** ** **** **** ******** * ******** they sold the property and then ******* ** became the owners. Around end of 2022 IGH Properties took over ( ****). I was not in a lease I was month to month. In January I got new neighbors. My gas billed was switch from my name to theirs. Because he gave the neighbor ****** a lease with my address on it. I didn't receive a gas bill at all. When I finally tried getting it straight the gas company could not. May I received a dispensary warrant on my door with my address but neighbors name because of his mix up. June I was not able to my rent I was told I need to sign a new lease. My rent was $676.00 Own then tried to negotiate my rent $800, $700 then $690.00. I told him to let me think about he agreed to do a 6 months lease but then sent me a 1 year lease. I text him and told him we did not agree on that. I would be moving. He said ok. I sent him a 30 day notice I was moving **** **, 2023. He sent me a bill for **** * ****** rent $1600.00. I will pay partial July which would be $330.00. He has already told the neighbors they can move in my old place. I did not leave the apt in bad condition. He also has my security deposit for $676.00 still.
