Please see https://www.pnf.com/airport-parking/***-***************-parking/***************-international.As a result, I booked 14 days of parking at that facility, i.e., *************************************************************************, beginning June 2, 2022.Upon arrival at the facility, we were informed that Park 'n Fly Plus does not serve the International Terminal and that we would be dropped off at the Domestic Terminal and would have to take another, public airport shuttle to the International Terminal. Waiting for this shuttle and traveling to the International Terminal added approx. 45 minutes to our trip, and we nearly missed our flight.Upon our return on June 16, we had to go through the same inconvenient process, which was particularly painful due to my arm injuries and having to carry five pieces of luggage.I called Park 'n Fly Plus to complain *************), but my concerns were flat-out rejected, and the agent hung up on me.
