On April 6th 2023 I checked into the Country Inn and Suites located at ****************************************************************************************. Approximately 1 hour after checking another patron of the hotel was allowed access to my hotel room without my knowledge or permission. While this incident was unnerving enough, additional embarrassment occurred because I was undressed at the time. When this was brought to the attention of the front desk, I was told the other patron was mistakenly given a key to my hotel room. No attempt to rectify the situation was made. Because of this incident I did not feel safe staying in the room, so I checked out within 3 hours of checking in."I requested a refund because I was not happy with my service and the parent company's ********** 100% guest satisfaction guarantee and I believe as a retaliation I am being charged a $250 fee for supposedly smoking in the room when I have never once smoked in my life and also not being refunded for my stay or $100 deposit. This is outrageous. A stranger walked in on me while I was undressed because the staff at the hotel didn't do their job. This caused an unsafe situation for me and now they are concocting a story whereby they can blame me for their mistake.
