We were curious when all his tools were brand new and never used which was contrary to the years of experience, claimed by ******* *******.He only had a manual tile saw, not a motorized tile wet saw professional s use on our large job. The left side of the shower pan was level causing no slope for drainage.we wanted a much but he installed a smaller one. He tiled the bathroom floor on top of the replaced plywood, and the tiled floor ended up 3/8 in lower than the ajoining hall flooring. We expected the shower wall tiles to be staggered, but he did the stacked method. he hired a plumber who overcharged $2650. and did shoddy work with non-centered faucets, piping poorly secured and faulty piping of drain. Some of studs only had one 1 1/2 in drywall screw on top bottom and some studs had no screws. He bought a damaged vanity from a liquidation store that had damage on two sides,and charged us $ 750. I never recieved the $ 750 or money from materials he kept. The contract specified only new materials. Then we saw brand new identalical one at home depot for $ 750.We fired Mr ******* for the poor quality of workmanship which showed no professional training or experience. We would like to thank ***** & ***** for recommending a licensed contractor who came to the house and inspected all work done by ******* *******, and recommended how all his work had to be removed and redone correctly and to code.
