We rented a cabin (Aananda Lookout) through Little Andy Mountain Cabins for a trip to *************. Upon arrival there we several issues with the cabin. We had rented from this company a couple years back and had a great experience. I believe it has since taken new ownership. Upon arrival:- Cabin was not clean: we had to purchase our own cleaning supplies and clean surface areas and floors. (took several pictures of the hair, dirt, etc. that was cleaned up by us in each room)- Broken stool in downstairs bar area - Broken blinds downstairs - internet did not work until second day when owner came out to fix - dirty silverware and pots and pans - grill dirty and not usable as well as no propane (which was brought to cabin the next day after we already had meal and cooked on stove instead). - windows looked like not cleaned in months - Clothes left behind by previous renters - lights and fans in master bedrooms have exposed wiring at outlet site (dangerous - especially with little kids running around) and they were synced so we could not turn on and off lights in one master without turning on and off in the other. - garbage bag was thrown on side of house in the ***** - broken glass and screws by hot tub so we could not use (did not want to risk one of us or the kids getting cut or hurt) I contacted the property manager multiple times with either minimal, delayed or no response. Tried reaching out to provide a review online and they will not respond back to me. Also asked for owner's contact info since that was the person that came out to fix internet, but they will not respond with that information either. I have tried multiple attempts to resolve this directly with the company which have been unsuccessful. I have multiple pictures, text chain, and emails to verify this information.

    Business Response

***************** came and stayed at *********************. She claimed that the cabin wasn't cleaned. We sent the cleaners back out twice and the owner of the cabin also went out there to fix the wifi, reclean the grill etc. We use Resort Clean to keep track of cleanings and all pictures were reported following the initial clean and everything was cleaned. When the cleaners arrived, all showers were used and beds used but they still recleaned everything without additional charge.  I am not the management company for this property, I am just the cohost. The owner manages his own property so I am not sure why this was reported under our company. This shouldn't be a reflection on Little Andy Mountain Cabins. I was on a cruise when this all occurred and hired a answering service to monitor calls, emails, etc and the notes left from the call service stated that the guest was super aggressive to the owner when he arrived which he believed was due to him being from ***** and he was not comfortable sharing his phone number with the guest due to this. I did reach out to the guest following my vacation and never heard back. I feel as though this is an attempt for a free vacation.
