8.18 we called this company to fix one tree in our yard that has two branches severed that is hanging over the property line of our neighbors, and to take a look if we had any others we had not seen. They came the same day and said that we should contact the power company to take care of the tree we had called about. They said all of our front yard trees needed to be trimmed, and it would cost $300 each. We agreed to trim two of the trees now, as we were really only looking to have the one done. They proceeded to do three of the trees, and two of them still have clearly dead branches on them. None of which were the ones we discussed. Then they left without moving them to the curb like we discussed so they can be picked up by the city. I feel as though they were upset we did not want to spend over $1000 on cleaning up trees when we called for the prevention of damage. We did pay in cash as they did not accept credit or provide any receipt or have anything to provide one when asking. We do not want a full refund as we did agree to get two trees serviced, but for the 1 and lack of clean up. We do not want them coming back as it was a terrible experience, but the $300 we did not agree to is a fair refund to us.
