    Im not really sure why and how this company continues to get away with their duplicitous business practices. What makes it even more infuriating is no matter how many times you request an email. They refuse to send or correspond to any email efforts to prevent a paper trail, that would hold them accountable and liable for the repeated offenses that they continue to perpetuate.Shady business practices, leasing managers that state one price and then try their best to trap you into a contract hundred of dollars more than the amount previously stated in a feral attempt to meet their metric goals and make commission.Ive had the worst experience with Sabra Property Management and will be filing a complaint with the GA Housing and ***************** office. There is a lack of concern and consideration for the residents that lease their properties and a repeated failure to adhere to federal and state safety and housing regulations. The only positive associated with this sham company are the leasing consultants ****** and ******* at Villas at ***********, courteous and prompt and always willing and ready to go above and beyond to serve their residents. I have nothing but the highest praise for these three wonderful women and recommend the corporate office take a page from these 2 womens books on successful customer service, business operations and tenant care.

    Everything everyone is reporting is true and theres plenty more. Racism and homophobia are strong at these properties by the Sabra employees and the emplooyees that speak out will be fired within a week. There are so many fair housing laws being broken that it is impossible to detail everything in a comment.

    ****** is very rude she called my daughter ignorant and told her that's why she lease and she owns,first of all nothing about my child is ignorant she is 22 and doing **** good for herself she comes off as racist ,I don't know any company that would allow her to represent them ,people have feelings and she likes to belittle people she need a class for customer service and then charging her for a table that she didn't put out there is crazy but God don't like ugly I'm gone keep pressing the issue but she is getting away with it

    I have live in my apartments complex (Bedford park )for 3 years never had any problem until now with new management I have constantly been harassed ans discriminated against everyday Im receiving a email or call about different things I went a whole week in my unit without hot water everytime I called they would either hang up or tell me theyre working on it I was accused by management for throwing out a couch that was not mines and had been sitting in the ***** for over 2 months but yet they still charged me a 300 fine this is the worst property to rent from they are charging market rent when there is no amenities unit are very small and bad best problem
