            Ordered 200 ****** hybrid starts 1/2 barely rooted and were in same rubber band contacted ***** they said Probly just slow start. Planted in soil 87 out of 200 died immediately contacted and sent pictures and now have been ghosted. All I want is replacement and they can pay to ship as they charge $1 per ************.             Ordered 1 tree 3/7/23. Was told "The website was being converted to 'sold out' when your order came through. We can not fulfill the order this spring." So I waited until November 5th to contact them to find out where my order was. I received a response from "***" saying that they would start shipping on December 1st. Actually called to cancel the order on 12/19 to cancel my order. I was told that I had to email to cancel. I emailed and received a response today 12/20 that it was set to ship tomorrow. I told them that I still wanted to cancel it and the response was there is a $10 cancellation fee. Very poor customer service. Stay away from this **********************.
