    My PCHelp software was about to expire. I tried to renew software and they had a lifetime deal for $99. I took it and found out (deceptive advertising) that this was actually billed for $145.80 Not happy, but I could live with it. Contacted ****** to activate my lifetime purchase. They stated that I HAD TO GIVE THEM REMOTE ACCESS to my computer. I said no. They said no choice. I asked for a refund. They said I had to ask billing. I asked them to transfer me. They said no. I asked for the number. They said I had to look it up. I asked for a supervisor & again they said no. I put in for support and they said they'd get back to me. (didn't happen) HORRIBLE customer relations.

    My computer business does not offer software. This isnt my company. This is another company so you need to address it with them. Again my computer business name is ********** we do not sale software we only do PC REPAIRS IN OFFICE AND NOT REMOTE. Get this complaint off of my business page. My business is in ************ and only does work locally.

    CHARGED MY ACCOUNT, I DONT WANT THIS ,THEY MAKE IMPOSSIBLE TO GET A REFUND
