I see all the reviews for them but mine is a little different. I had a home built through First Class Construction and first of all I had to sign a document that if I backed out of the contract that I would lose my honest money which was the first time I heard such a thing. I signed it because I didnt think they would cheat me out of my quality.since they was suppose to have a good reputation. The only thing that I was included in was the color of the door and if I wanted carpet in the bedrooms. I never picked any of my finishes for the house either and noticed that they was very inexpensive starting with the appliances. I never saw a stove without self cleaning in it or k**** on it without it being digital. Frigidaire is the cheapest brand of appliances. They didnt clean the floors like he said they would and the paint wasnt professionally done. It is very hot in my room at all times but the water in my shower is **** warm and the tub and sinks is hot. They said its because my room is in the back but my last room was in the same spot. The cabinets in the bathroom is unequal and the walls wasnt professional done or done in a hurry especially around the doors. When I first talked to the contractor, he said the basement would have socket and told me where they would be. Speaking of the basement, I asked him to complete it and at first he said it would be ******, then do half at a time and finally he said it would be ****** to do because he would have to put an additional air condition unit for it, although the one I have is ****. I had to put glass on the showers and shades in all the windows. Not trying to damage their name but this wasnt one of their better ones. Seems as though once they had my signature everything else went out the door along with their realtor. This was my fifth home I bough and three of them was new, so I do know a little about how to buy one and the good and bad of it. Dont forget the shower head that I cant reach.

I truly don't understand this post. Im sorry you feel this way. Our Staff is always available and respond promptly. But this home was one of our Spec built homes that we built and put on the market. Which you visited several times and choose to purchase. This wasn't a Custom home built to any homeowners plans or ideas. After she picked the home she asked us to finish the basement, so we quoted her a price. Then she asked for a bathroom downstairs which we quoted and installed. Which her agent advised her on the process. Our lines are always open, I truly hope this is a mistake.
