    Leased an apartment for my college student, multiple issues with safety, maintenance, over charging for items that should have been included in rent,I.e. appliance repairs, and poor communication from office staff. Management has refused to talk with me about issues, will not return calls, and has not responded in a timely manner to problems with unit. Noise complaints have gone unanswered. With 15 years of renting, easily the WORST experience thet I have had with any company. Housing is advertised as student housing, but multiple older adults within unit. Safety issues: murder on premises was not addressed by office, residents were left to find out the best way possible of criminal activity on premises, gated apartments with a gate that NEVER closed. The list goes on and on. While I would love to see a refund from this company I know that will never happen. My main request is that this complex receive a POOR rating from the Bbb. PLEASE make others aware of the nature of this complex/company so that others will not have the same experience we have had. Other mothers will not have to worry about their childs safety in the same way that I have had to worry about my childs safety.

    Company is charging 3 tenants of one apartment $50 each to replace a part on a dryer, when it the part in question was only $50 total. They will not tell us why they are charging us three times the price. And when we talk to one person the assumed manager tells us that the previous person we were talking to is wrong. No one knows what's going on they have breached our lease multiple times without any retribution. We have offered to pay for the price of the part, we just don't think that we should be up charged 33%. when stating this to whom we assume is that manager he said and I quote "We can charge you what ever we want. We could charge you up to $300 if we wanted to." And I just don't believe that, that is right. Especially when these tenets pay rent on time, don't cause any disturbances, and take care of the space we rent.
