  This "company" ripped ** off for over $10k. The business I work for ordered a trailer from this company that was supposed to be in stock. We paid half of the money via credit card and the other half via ACH. Repeated attempts to check on the status of our delivery were met with excuse after excuse. We even offered to drive from ******* to Georgia to pick up the trailer. Our emails and phone calls were ignored. Luckily we were able to get half the money back since it was on a credit card but the other half is gone. In looking up the owner and his business partner (wife?) it seems like they are being sued by multiple companies for doing the exact same thing.

  In June 2021 we placed an order for a 14" blue drop deck trailer that totaled $21,915.00. We put down a $3500.00 deposit and was told we would have it within 12 weeks. The we worked with initially, ************************* (******* @ dropdeckdepot.com) was helpful and talked to us consistently for over a year regarding our order. In the end of 2021 for accounting purposes and after being told the item was almost ready, we paid for the item in full, we have the invoices and email chain with her and ********************* to prove this. As of June 2022 we were approaching our busy season, had no trailer and the item still was not "ready". We had been told dozens of times it was a couple weeks away but had nothing to use for our work. They offered to give us a substantially different and shorter unit for just about the same price, we passed. At that time we needed to buy a trailer for our business and requested the difference from out deposit back to us so we could buy what we needed. ********************* himself agreed (all that was required anyways was our original deposit), stated will refund that to us, hold the initial $3500 deposit required and reach back out when finished. 3 weeks later we still didn't receive the $18000.00 check and called back. They then finally sent it after we called again. This was in July of 2022 and we have not heard from them since. We do not have their item, *******'s email has an auto reply that it is not valid and she isn't with Drop Deck. Their customer service, info and ********************* emails have been emailed numerous times without any return correspondence. The phone number on this BBB site that is for Drop Deck Depot, the company on our invoice and phone number on our invoice has been called dozens of times with 0 response. We feel robbed at this point.

  I put a $5,000 deposit down 12mos ago and was supposed to have it ready in 6mos. Still nothing. Be careful! I'm not sure how they stay in business at this rate
