**** **** and Merodynamic Pools were a sincere pleasure to work with. Fast, courteous, polite, professional, and somehow more competitively priced any nearly anywhere else we could find. At least one member of the family was on site with their tight-knit crew every day, and they kept us informed of their progress personally, and daily. A very rare find these days. More businesses should strive to achieve Joels level of customer service. Highly recommend ******************** to anyone.

They were amazing from the first meeting. They explained how everything would go and kept to their word. The installation was so quick and perfect. I would recommend them to anyone who needs pool service We had three companies come out and quote the liner replacement and they were the only ones that talked us through all the steps. The final product is amazing we are so happy. Pool looks brand new. Thank youMerodynamic Pools, Inc.

I was very fortunate to find Merodynamic Pools as another option for our replacement of our vinyl liner for our inground pool. Located in the ******************, there is very little choice and the first company was not only inconsistent with information and pricing, they would only warrant the installation for three months. As soon as I spoke with owner ***** at MD Pools, I knew we would be in professional hands and treated fairly and honestly. It's always great to be right! :) The installers were friendly, efficient, and extremely professional. It was apparent they knew exactly what they were doing. The new liner was installed on the day it was scheduled. There was not a drop of debris left behind and they returned the next day on very short notice to pull the vacuums and we were able to have our water company complete the fill of the pool. I am beyond pleased with MD Pools and heartily recommend this company. It's far and few in these times that I can write such a complimentary review.Merodynamic Pools, Inc.

After meeting with a half dozen pool contractors and not feeling 100% confident with any of them a friend referred us to Mero ******************** in ******. We researched their websites and liked what we saw enough to set up a meeting to learn more. *****************, the owner came to our home, inspected the site, measured and began to make suggestions with our best interests in mind. What impressed us most was the high level of knowledge and passion **** displayed about constructing pools! From **** to everyone else we came in contact with there was an obvious sense that doing things right is the only way. Throughout the pool construction the line of communication was continuous and **** was accessible every time I contacted him. Needless to say Mero Dynamic Pools build us the pool we dreamed of and can enjoy for many years to come, thanks to all that made it possible!Merodynamic Pools, Inc.

I placed order back on April 5 and they cancelled my template twice then they said that will have pool have liner between 2-3 weeks. I called a week ago to check liner status (Thursday 4/18) and they said it got arrived. They said that wanted to get install on Friday or Saturday. I was not able to do it those days so I was supposed to schedule a week later 4/25. I sent text one day before just to check time of arrival they said 9 am. I received a text today Thursday and they said pool liner it did not arrived. Spoke with owner to really understand the situation and started to scream at me and said because I was calling I will get pool liner install in one or 2 months.I understand that they cannot control shipment but they can control information provided it to their customers. Worst customer service ever! Dont buy thereMerodynamic Pools, Inc.

First of all, we are finding ourself in a very unfamiliar scenario in having to respond to a negative review. We would like to ask any potential clients to reference our thousands of 5 star reviews. We feel that this one was definitely unwarranted. ***** is peak swimming pool season and during this time most companies take 4-6 weeks to have a liner made and delivered. Because of the immense volume of orders that we place annually, our liner manufacturer asks us to tell our clients this time of year 2-3 weeks for delivery of a pool liner. 2-3 weeks is what we told this client for her liner to be shipped from manufacturing. We then tell our clients, once it arrives, we will check the weather and choose an install date. She called last week to inquire about her liner. I told her that I would check and get back to her. I then checked with our office and asked if a Maryori ********* liner had been delivered and was told yes. I called her to tell her it arrived and to schedule the installation. Turns out, our office mistakenly told me that a ****** ****** liner had arrived. This clients name is similar. Thus the mixup. We called and texted her the next morning at 7:00 a.m. on the installation day to tell her about the mixup. She did not respond. Approximately an hour later she started to correspond. I listened to this entire conversation. It was perfectly handled by our rep with carefulness, respect and in an extremely apologetic manner. It just was not what she wanted to hear. She became irate, disrespectful, condescending and hung up on our rep. *** rep never screamed at her, not for one second. This has been fabricated to try and justify her condescending behavior. We never know what is really bothering someone or what is really is going on but it seemed hard to believe that this situation could make someone treat another human being like she talked to our rep. ***** she hung up we tried calling her back twice to no avail. Shortly after this, her husband called to inquire what happened? I also listened to this conversation. He completely understood and was very nice. Most importantly, her liner was shipped Thursday the 25th which maintained our 2-3 week integrity. We have not worked for her yet and for her to tell people not to buy from us and that we have the worst customer service was completely unjust for a minor and correctable miscommunication mistake. We even offered her a discount while talking to her husband for the mixup to show our sincere sympathy for our mistake. Remember that nobody is perfect and everybody will make a mistake. This was not a life or death matter. It was repairable. Everyday we try our best and try to be like God intends us to be. It's sad when our efforts and kindness are not appreciated and a simple mistake can be used against us.Review fromJohn P

5 starsWe had a Merodynamic salt water pool 18x36 built in 2019. We have had no problems with the pool, concrete pad, or equipment. It is a quality built pool and we have enjoyed it a lot. The cover and diving board we got with the pool was well worth there cost. The cover is very strong and was installed with a good fit allowing us to cover and close the pool and kind of forget about it in the off season. Overall very happy with the work that was done. We called ***** and **** after reading all of their 5 star reviews, and they were AMAZING. Every single Merodynamic employee involved in our pool process was kind, helpful, professional, hard working, and always showed up exactly when they said they would - and cleaned up every day as well! After only a month, our finished pool is GORGEOUS. Our kids got to swim on Christmas Eve because **** and ***** made their Christmas wish of a pool come true. If your a looking for a pool company this is the one! We needed a new pool liner after only six seasons. The original liner was not measured properly and eventually developed a tear. **** and his team remeasured and ordered a new liner. Its an excellent fit. My pool is a complicated one, wedding cake steps, sundeck and peanut shaped. Not an easy task. I could see the experience that this company has. They had many techniques and procedures that obviously work. The teams that accomplished the work were always polite, professional and neat. No comparison to other company's that we have used. I will be using this company for any pool needs from now on.Merodynamic Pools, Inc.
